I have some discoloured uPVC vents on the outside of my white house.

I am sure i read somewhere that Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus can be used as a topcoat, but now cannot find it on any datasheets or otherwise.

Can anyone with more experience than me advise?

Thanks
Tim

Its not really a finishing coat, it adheres well to plastic and is used as a primer/stain block. On that vent alone I don't think you would have any problems as you could always give it another coat as and when.

Wouldn't it be cheaper and quicker to replace the grills?

4 screws and £4(?) on Amazon/Ebay/etc..

Not really... they are 5" and that style seems hard to come by. They have also been siliconed around the edges and tightly wedged into the inner tube. It would be a bit of a nightmare tbh!

If I can mask them on a sunny day, clean, 2 coats of 1-2-3 and it lasts a few years its easy peasy!
