Do keep up, I said those guilty should be charged in post 49.
I never suggested any criminal act should be measured by whether it made a material difference.
But you did propose mitigating circumstances, implying that the lawbreakers should not be charged.If laws are broken then those guilty should be charged.
However, did the undeclared funding actually make any material difference? I dont think so, its a case of looking for a smoking gun that does not exist.
Those mitigating circumstances are totally irrelevant to whether lawbreakers should be charged or not.
