Russian diplomats to be expelled from 21 countries

Do you believe the US has stopped doing similar things elsewhere?
I have not seen that report.

If it has been broadcast by multiple news agencies, been spoken publicly by heads of organisations and endorsed by the heads of state, then I would say there is an element of truth in it.

Falsities tend to become exposed with time.

So you must be able to reference them, or were they in your imagination?
to give one example, the coverage of the Russian election, BBC reporter says "there are concerns about the validity of the elections"and to prove his point he shows footage of some woman caught on CCTV stuffing a handful of ballot papers into ballot box, of course you don't get any information about who the woman is but it is obvious that the reporter is linking the video to claims that Putins election wasn't fair.
If the BBC was fair they wouldn't have shown the video without giving background information on the footage, i.e. who was the woman and which politician or party was she illegally trying to vote for.
The fact that the footage came from a government camera in voting station would suggest she may have been trying to vote for an opposition party and if this was the case why are the BBC using film footage of voter fraud from an undetermined source in a report about dodgy behavior by Putin.

You are obviously impressed by power and wealth,i would imagine that most of these celebrity talking heads has as much insight into the truth as the bloke down in the pub, these so called news agencies feed of each other , one gets the story first and the rest regurgitate it with their own spin on it, they never check their sources because they hope the originator of the story has did all the legwork.

I believe the reports that the Ruskies's made a concerted effort to undermine the democratic process in the US - yes.
I also believe the reports that they attempted to do the same here.
It's no big secret.
I would bet you believe that 9/11 was an inside job as well.

... BBC reporter says "there are concerns about the validity of the elections"and to prove his point he shows footage of some woman caught on CCTV stuffing a handful of ballot papers into ballot box,...

And you, speaking as a Putinista say what? That stuffing a ballot box is evidence of a fair and valid election?

You are obviously impressed
Not especially.
However, when the head of the FBI issues indictments for 13 Russian hackers, then I guess I'm gonna believe the media rather than some pizzed up conspiracy theorist down the pub called Vinty.

I don't deal in conspiracy theories about Russian......
Yes, you clearly do. You take everyday facts and dismiss them as 'fake news'. One sniff of the barmaids apron and you'll believe owt. Do you go drinking with gasbag?

Doesn't prove anything does it unless you really really want it to be true, during the McCarthy era the FBI issued 100's of indictments a lot of which turned out to be based on false evidence.
It is interesting that these alleged hackers are based outside American jurisdiction therefore unlikely to appear in an American court therefore obviating the FBI from the necessity of actually having to provide evidence.

I don't deal in reds under the bed type conspiracy theories, you are the one who is claiming a vast Russian conspiracy to undermine democracy, Russian trolls behind the brexit vote type ******.

Doesn't prove anything
It certainly more convincing than poor old Vinty and his conspiracy buddy down the pub.

Canada, USA and UK heads of state have categorically stated that Russians made a concerted effort to interfere with our democratic process. Vinty says they are telling lies because his drinking buddy has convinced him it is a conspiracy.

Vinty needs to stop drinking.

Election fraud happens everywhere including the UK but does that mean that the UK is not a democracy.

Diehard Putinista vinty determined to skate backwards away from his hero's terrible corruption and fraud.
