The outside drain near kitchen doesn't let the water drain away. When u pour water down it. It comes back up. What to do ?

scoop out all the rubbish with a ladle, tin cup, garden trowel, or your gloved hand. When you see what the rubbish is you will have more idea of how to clear and prevent it.

If there is solidified cooking fat, kill whoever tipped it down the sink.

. Will do. Thxs

Out of interest, are all oils and cooking fats from roasts or fry ups left on baking trays not supposed to be poured down, kitchen sink hole? I try not to myself and pour mine in garden.

fat is not to be put in drains.

It will pollute the garden.

Pour it into an empty can, it will solidify and you can bin it (or scrape out for the birds where rats can't reach it, which they will if you leave it in the garden).

If it is oil, stuff kitchen roll (it need not be clean) in the can to soak it up, then you can bin it, or use it to start your barbie.

I was washing frying pan with washing up liquid and chicken on a roasting tray which had oil on it putting both in bin and down kitchen drain after washing with fairy liquid. I guess stop that from now on. Get as much as possible on kitchen rolls then bin it. What's remaining washing with fairy and pour down sink. I guess it's a mixture of roasting oil nd fat from whatever meat I am cooking. I think the fairy liquid bonds with the oil or fat or whatever from chicken and makes it OK. Not sure

My council provides 'fat boxes' to dispose of fat in recycled waste.
To keep drains fat free whenever you boil the kettle empty any unused water down the sink, then refill kettle, this does two jobs, keeps drains clear and prevent rapid limescale build up in kettle.

If there's any fat left in baking trays/ frying pans etc let it cool and solidify then scrape it into the bin before washing up..

What comes off chicken or pork r whatever in a roast tray is fat, isn't? Grilled sausages etc

What about oil in frying pan after having fried eggs can that be just mixed with washing up liquid?

I personally wipe the pan first with kitchen roll, haven't had any drain problems in the 13 years we've been in this house..
