The link shows that the tory candidate isn't stating that some countries have this rule, but that he believes gays in this country should be put to death, and that he believes homosexuality is immoral.

Aside from what it says in some ancient fairy story, do you support this?

Perhaps he read a vague misquote on one of his specialist websites.

His approval of tax evasion is not relevant to this point.

But some countries do have the rule, and the Bible does state it. He believes in the Bible, apparently.

So he is correct in his statement. Are you saying that someone should deny their faith and lie to the public just for convenience? That would demonstrate a fickle morals and should not be a vote winner.

I know as much about the Bible as you know about .... well anything else by the looks of things.

Perhaps the Koran says a few things about homosexuality that you might agree with? Although I've not read it, I suspect there might be a common theme.

You are not reading what that candidate actually said. Are you being blinded by your own prejudice and bias?

Let me assist "There is only one penalty in the Bible for such deeds. Death". He's quoting a fact. He also poses a question "Should we tolerate such behavior?". Nowhere does he say 'kill the gaylords, and rug eaters'.

So the snowflake mob says that he can't state a fact and can't ask a question that offends them. I don't know if that Fascist or Marxist. Help me out John.

Do any of the mainstream religions believe that homosexuality is actually right and morally correct under their particular God? Are you saying that all those billions of people who follow their particular beliefs are wrong just because your beliefs are different? That sound pretty intolerant to me.
