I have been made aware of a thread that was locked and then after it had been locked another post was made on the thread.

Someone therefor has to have had the ability to over ride the lockout and have the final word in a locked thread.

I've seen that too.

There's nothing fishy about that. If you have something to say that isn't racist or bigoted, then you can ask the mod, they will let you post it then re-lock the thread afterwards to avoid more racism.

This is all as per the rules of the forum. Just abide by them.
