Hi,
New on here having issues with my Pyronix and attaching smoke-we sensors ...go in add wireless device it all syncs up ok but then when I exit the engineers menu I get a wireless mismatch error ?? (see photos) any help would be appreciated as currently have no smoke alarms (I'm Guessing that these will work standalone but would really like connection) I spoke to my supplier and they suggested a post on here as it may be the panel software needs updating ?

Cheers

Karl

Who is your supplier.

A bit odd that the address on the box is a UK address and also on the box it claims that the device is designed and manufactured in the UK.

Then the label on the back of the device gives an address in Taiwan for repairs and returns.

The bar code on the box ( 5-060317525745 ) does not appear to be listed on the GS1 data base

MAP Security? Purchased the enforcer off them too about 12 months before

It just like programing any other device, go to change inputs go to the input that matches the wireless smoke head zone (in your picture thats zone 6) set the zone type as 01 fire go through the options until the description and give it a name.

The smoke -we is a pile of crap. Made in Taiwan on behalf of Pyronix. Been replacing a few of them at work recently.

Cheers for that will get it done
