Looking for recommendation at good price.
Pump needs to have an extension that can reach high up boilers.
Dosen't need to be plumbers kit. Just needs to work reliably.

Are you looking to do this when working on boilers or just as a one off on your own boiler ?

It's for checking and re-pressurising a few now and again. One offish work more or less.

Regin to a pump with a long hose but after three failing in about a year I gave up with them, I am a professional gas engineer so I use mine a lot , I use one of these there are a lot of different makes.

You can use any kind of pump really but I find one of these makes life so much easier as it is a lot easier to get to the shraeder valve and has a non-return valve so makes connecting and disconnecting a lot easier no matter what you are using as a pump.

That one seems quite expensive it is just to show you what it is, I think I paid about £7 for mine, get one of those and as said you can use anything to use as a pressure pump I am just lazy and like the powered method

Shame that, you must have got some duffers. I've had my Regin stirrup pump for nearly 3 years now without any issues.
