Briston shower problem

Hi all! Six months ago we had a Bristan Bliss 10.5kw shower installed. Over the last 48 hours it has developed a fault.

After a few minutes running (time varies), the shower will stop working. At the moment when the shower stops, you can see the red light on the isolator switch flickering. The light will eventually settle down and stay on, and you can restart the shower only for the same thing to happen again.

When the shower is not in use and the isolator switch is on, the right light is solid, doesn't flicker. It's only when the shower is switched on that the red light begins to flicker, therefore switching the shower off.

Any ideas? I'm wondering whether it's the shower - perhaps we needed a less powerful shower? Or perhaps it is the isolator? Any advice or suggestions gratefully received.

Possible loose connection heating up and causing an open circuit. Connection cools down and re-makes the circuit.
If you are going to check yourself make sure everything is isolated first.

Hello. Thanks for the reply. Do you mean a loose connection in the isolator or the shower itself?
