Stop resin bond from being porous?

I have a summerhouse on a concrete base that recently had patio stones laid around it and so the summerhouse is now below the depth of the patio.

Where the patio meets the summerhouse is a resin bonded grout that I was told was non-porous however its definitely porous! What happens when it rains heavily is the rain soaks through the resin an runs under the summerhouse

I sealed the slabs (and I thought the resin too) with a patio seal but its still porous - any thoughts what I could use on top of the resin please?

if that a problem you could remove the paving joint so the water can escape.
that would be my answer ,along with cutting a deep groove into the concrete if possible.

would that help?

Sounds like a possible - maybe drill some holes though the concrete to allow drainage too? You dont think it would be possible to prevent the water getting down there in the first place somehow?

Maybe a mortar bedded brick and a skirt to stop blow in ?
