Gledhill eco torrent OV

hello all
Open question...my current vented cylinder is reaching the end of its usable life and will soon require replacing. I have seen, and quite like the theory of the gledhill eco torrent open vent, which would mean I could get rid of a noisy shower pump, mains pressure hot and by the look of it a faster heat up on the central heating...any views from you folk or anything to be aware of ?? Two massive fails straight away:
1. It's a thermal store.
2. It's made by Gledhill.

I could get rid of a noisy shower pump, mains pressure hot and by the look of it a faster heat up on the central heating.

A new unvented cylinder can do all of those things, plus it won't be a thermal store and you can get one from a decent manufacturer.
