New bathroom light of the fan circuit?

I need to replace my bathroom light.
Current positioning is bad and other wall quality issues.

What I would like to do is, use my extract fan and daisy chain a new light connection.
Currently, there is a pull cord that turns the light and fan on inside the bathroom.
The fan has a separate switch located outside of the bathroom above the door.
The new light is bathroom grade for zone 3 (if that's the wettest zone), it won't be in zone 3.

Before I start taking other circuits apart, is this something that can be done and is acceptable?

Thanks in advance.

well if you take it from the fan, when you turn the isolator off (maybe in winter) the light won't work.

You could run the cable from the isolator switch though, I expect (if its a wide switch)

Why can't you relocate the existing cable that goes to light fitting ,to its new position ?
Zone 3 is by no means the " wettest" zone. In fact ,there is no zone 3 any longer.
Re check the light is suitable to go into the position that you are considering.

We don't turn isolator off. That good to know
The switch is far away from fan, I want little evasive works

Sorry, your quite right zones 0, 1 & 2
The light is zone 0 rated see attached.
It's even outside of zone 2
Existing cable poorly plastered over and short with multiple joins that are twisted and tapped.
Won't reach without extensive works.

Cheers both,,,,,Q

That zone diagram is wrong. There are no zones around a wash basin.

Nor the sides of the shower if they are more than 600mm. and -

there's no zone 2 above zone 1.

Really appreciate argument against this, I've been hammered by NHBC on this and since spent more on other projects of lights with ip 65/44/20+ certification.
If I can argue this away I'd appreciate that.
I've looked further, it is a thing

Not sure if this or the above winston1 relates to my original mistype info.
Ultimately, I have a light safe for situation in a shower.
It's above a basin
Can I (reading above yes) daisy chain said light.
Any guidance against NHBC massively appreciated

I was just correcting the diagram in addition to Winston who I thought was doing the same.

Ok. Zone 0 is only IN the bath or IN the shower tray.

It's above a basin
Basins don't count.

Can I (reading above yes) daisy chain said light.
Well, yes, that has nothing to do with the zones.
If a light stated by the manufacturer to be suitable then it can go anywhere.

Thanks, thas the diagram I am working to. That's what nhbc refer to. So I am doing the right thing in needing to provide certain lights for the bathroom designs we provide.
Appreciate the added info.

Back to my issue, that's thankfully been answered above, will be trying to do that today.
