How does it work with pubs? I mean, one of my local pubs (the better one) shut because of the landlord and several staff coming down with the virus. First class response - he closed the doors for 2 weeks. Except, he didn't tell anyone in authority the reason (someone told the local press) and didn't get in touch with any of the customers who'd been there for a few days. Isn't that the point when they take name and contact details at the door?

My neighbour was unaware for a few days, and then complained to them for not letting her know. Their response? Banned her.
