Hi, I’m absolutely useless at DIY but I need to remove my bath panel, and want to try and do it without causing any damage :)

My question is, what’s the easiest ways to remove these ‘buttons’? Do they pull out with force? What’s the best tool to use to remove them?

Thank you

That type usually just clip onto a second plastic part. Second plastic part is like a thick washer, which is retained by a countersunk screw head. Just tease the top off with a thin, flat, sharp screwdriver.

Many bath panels are so thin, and have bits cut out to start, the chances of removal and refit without damage is slim.Thin srewdriver to remove caps.

The top part hinges open ... Then use a screwdriver to remove the hidden screw.

Thanks everyone for your advice. They do indeed hinge open, and were easy to unscrew. Hopefully they’ll be just as easy to screw in again after I’ve checked under the bath!
Thanks again
