I have an Interpart boiler pump next to the outside boiler that seems to have got air in it . Can any explain to me how I get the air out if it is in?

I have bled the cylinder in the upstairs hot press but tat has not helped.

Will it eventually come back or might I actually be damaging the pump by leaving it on?

There are no radiators being fed by the boiler so it seems simple but I can't see where to air bleed this pump.

slacken the large screw on the front of the pump head untill water comes out then tighten, do not remove the large screw,a 1/4 turn should do if it is indeed air

Where exactly is that ? Is it facing me as I look at the main dial?, Above the pump-? Along the pipe?
I will try to post a pic if this site will let me

So do I just give it time to bleed itself?

I must have let air in the system draining a downstairs radiator yesterday.

Did turn the screw in the second pic and some water seeped out and I noticed an effect at the cylinder...

Waiting now to see if it will heat fully

That is an isolating valve, you shouldnt have touched it, make sure the slot is completely in line with the pipe , if not that will be your problem

What draining down of radiator/s have you done ? Or any other work ?

I bled a downstairs radiator **yesterday (full pressure) and must have emptied the expansion tank by mistake.
Only half of them are heating

Is the F&E tank full of water ? Are all rads full of water ?
You may have a blocked feed ,and system full of air.
Did you bleed the rad or drain it ,as you told us earlier.
