Fibre mix concrete diy small amount

i am going to cast something in concrete and want it to be pretty bloody solid.
I was planning on chucking in some bits of metal that I have hanging around, but I know that you can get fibres to mix in to the concrete as reinforcement.

Anything to be aware off? How much strength do they provide? How runny can I make the concrete before it isn't strong? I watched videos of concrete being pumped and it seemed very fluid. I also watched a video of a guy casting a sculpture and he added pva to the water before mixing water and cement at 2:3.

You want it as dry as possible, but still workable then kept from drying out.

The longer it takes to dry, the harder it will be.

Probably poorly prepared base leading to failure .
