Please dont abuse me for asking this but i have a 2" strip to fill between my drive edgings and the pavement. I have been waiting for some roadworks to be done down my street so i could have asked them to fill in for me but nothing seems to be being done locally at the moment.
I dont like the look of the cold lay stuff and wanted to pour bitumen in there. I dont want to go to the bother of borrowing a pot from work but is there any reason (and here comes the silly bit) why i couldn't get a few bitumen bricks and melt them in a large saucepan? Or would a brick melt in if i hit it with a blowtorch?
