Should I put lining paper onto plasterboard before papering?

As the title.
I agreed to help my daughter paper a room in her house, which is about four years old.
She has remove the old paper and has just sent me a text to say that it was plasterboard underneath.
Should it/would it be better to line it?

Without seeing the walls, I would agree with Bosswhite.

It really does depend on the paper and state of the walls though.
 
I should ask if the plasterboard has been damaged by taking off the old wallpaper first.

If the plasterboard was never skimmed over with plaster, then expect some damage.

Lol. A decorators nightmare right there! Turn up to strip a room and no plaster on walls! Had it a few times! Arggghhhhh
