went into some eating establishment got given a menu was all in foreign

Do you see the problem with the website:

If it was illegal to arrive in UK by dingy, they could refuse to consider all applications.
But it isn't and they can't. All they can do is dissuade applications. It's called 'the Hostile Environment' which the courts have ruled is illegal.
Do you see any reference to how refugees arrive? Therefore it's safe to assume it's irrelevant.

You can argue that the refugee situation needs a resolution, but to spread incorrect, inflammatory urban mythology is promoting hatred against refugees.
