New Roof Bonding Gutter issue

Hi,
We have an issue on our new roof, originally i passed this by as im not a overly fussy type of person, buttttttttt as time has gone by i look at this and it niggles me more and more .

Contacted a company with good reviews and we agreed price and overall im happy with what they have done except this and i have said i will accept this but as time goes by im getting more annoyed with it .The company though put the work to another company with out us knowing who they use alot,and they did the work .

The problem is the bottom tile in particular sits up and the bonding gutter underneath is actually lifted up , i have asked the roofers is there anything they can do and they say they cant as the tiles have the nibs off and its as low as it can go and the problem is caused by the gutter down pipe right below it .Personally i think this is flannel to fob me off .

Ive watched you tube videos and from what i can see its most probably the latts underneath sticking up and they have not rectified this before putting the bonding gutter into place so it doesnt sit up .

Am i right on this ? and how big a job is this and what should it cost to put it right roughly .And do i have any rights now i have paid in full and verbally said im happy with it originally .

I can get up to this really close for better photos no problem at all .

Why wouldnt you have bonding gutter . Its 2 semis with different tiles .that type of divider is used on most new roofs . What would you have used ?.

I see what looks like 20 20s with plain tiles the other side.
There was life before grp an alternative weathering for details like this.. fyi there is more than one bonding strip tan the one used in this case.
you can learn good stuff on you tube ..but some cr ap too.

Correct it is 20/20 clay sandtoft flanders pattern.

But no one seems to be answering if the tile at the bottom being left sticking up like that with the bonding also lifted on the right side is acceptable .No one seems to be answering the orig question a little shocked if im honest .

Or coming up with what needs to be done to put it right or any possible cost .

This is a forum for help yes ? .

Looks like asbestos cement gutter on the left. Is that a council house with the old tiles?

There are about 20 different colours/types of plain tiles to choose from and you have decided to go with something completely random! that now needs a bonding gutter.
