A pre-action letter was delivered by hand to Mr Robinson’s family home on Sunday afternoon, and he has two weeks to reply.
The delivery, by YouTuber Dick Coughlan, came after the 36-year-old travelled to Finland for the launch of a film on refugees.
So the legal firm Farooq Bajwa employed the services of Dick Coughlan and a Staffordshire Terrier to deliver a pre action letter, they did so at a time they knew Robinson was out of the country. So Dick Coughlan arrives at a house in his persona of 'insane rat boy' (part of his stand up comic routine) and intimidates a mother and young children to the point the police have to attend. National press were present.

Why would a legal firm employ 'insane rat boy and his staffy' to deliver a pre action letter?
A complaint was lodged with the court. The judge ruled it 'irrelevant' as the legal firm Farook Bajwa ceased to exist the day before the hearing and Farook Bajwa no longer operated as a solicitor.
Whether this was because of this complaint or all the previous complaints over defrauding legal aid is anyone's guess.
Possibly irrelevant but Messrs Bajwa and Akunjee have represented the Begum family and defended the murderer of Lee Rigby.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, there's something a little bit odd about this case, and very little information in the mainstream media.
