I'll add to that and say I sourced one (Maybe not identical but similar form SF) for a customer after they changed a bulb and broke the plastic. They had a row of them in a corridor and didn't want a mismatch. As it was from a 'non retail' supplier there was a minimum order price of £35 + delivery (which was unreasonable) + VAT ~£60 total IIRC. We purchased a whole fitting from SF and left the remainder in the 'bulb store'.
