Galaxy dimensions bleeping

I have a question. I have a galaxy dimension panel. I have a beeping that's continuously keeps coming to the touch center. When i check for tampers on the panel or alarms there are none present. Anyone with expirience on how i can handle this.

Have you stepped through or downloaded the panel log? Is it a single beep or double beep?

Am not of how if its single or double. There are several beeps then after a while it goes on its own. Then comes back after sometime.
There are no alarms, faults or open zones on the panel logs.

If you look through the diagnostics menu 61 at all devices are they all showing at 100% bus activity ?

Yeah. Everything under option 61is showing 100% bus activity.

It's quite difficult to diagnose via forum. If there is no other keypad fitted to determine if the beep comes from more than one keypad, then I think your only option is to swap the keypad out.

I have a fire alarm and electric fences integrated as zones to the panel. Could this be the cause of the problem?

As part of fault finding, you could temporarily disconnect those zones to see if the issue disappears. Generally, the panel will have some form of log for any event that causes the panel to alert (beep).

Tried that but all zones are okay. I have another theory though. What if the it was a PIR that is causing the beeping? From what I have observed once the building is quite active the beeping is in a way consistent. But when there is not as much movement,the beeping dissappears. But it leaves me with the question of why it is not displaying on the keypad.

Are you sure you haven't enabled chime on a PIR zone?

I had checked that for all the zones. But i couldnt find a PIR with chime on. I will check again but first i want to see if i can identify the specific pir.

There is no zone where chime is enabled.
I have checked all PIRs individually to see if it will trigger any beeping on the panel, none has. Am still giving it time to see if the beeping will reactivate because I have had to reterminate some of the zones.
Could the programming be the issue here?
Is there any other way of enabling and disabling chime for a zone?
