Hi all

I’m struggling to find an attractive, tall, thin up light. I’ve a very dark area of the kitchen but very very little space for a lamp. I’ve searched high and low and wondered if anyone can advise.

Many thanks

Led strips on top of a cupboard or somewhere appropriate?

Hi,
Can you post a picture of the area?
It may give us an idea of what's possible.
I.e. do you need a desk lamp, or floor standing.
Is there something you can do with under cabinet, or plinth lighting?

Thanks for that. See pic below.

It’s a tall floor standing lamp that I’m seeking. I’ve tried to put in a low level up light - but it created too much of a shadow so it’s a tall one I need.

It’s very tight so the normal uplighters are just too wide and it hits on the curtains.

Any advice would be welcomed.

Thanks everyone for reply. Some interesting suggestions. The thin LED that has a light along its length is something I’ve come across before but too big a cost to test it out. Prefer up light rather than along length of wall.

Came across this but can’t find it anywhere - tall thin chrome up light

Onwards and upwards.
