They have for years provided non-lethal equipment to Ukraine and treated wounded Ukrainian soldiers in German hospitals. They are now providing an army field hospital to Ukraine.
As I said, they are not in favour of supplying arms into a potential or actual war.
Some, such as yourself, pretend that that this is because they favour Putin. It is not true.

Bollux, the Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetz doesn't apply to planes registered outside Germany carrying weapons manufactured outside of Germany.
The Germans are on the wrong side again, being allies of Russia won't end well for them.
Listen, as I've said before, in terms of who's right and who's wrong I err towards Putin as long as his only objective is to prevent NATO surrounding him on every Russian border, it's not an entirely unreasonable wish. But is that his only objective?, it would be great fun for him to cause massive splits between western powers, the EU even more so.
