Not true at all. Public opinion can affect those that rely on the public, massively. However, to say that public opinion can sway with the wind is also true. Opinion polls are not something I take a lot of notice of.

John Pilger is great but he is no longer mainstream, and unfortunately only the mainstream matters. You can get any lie, no matter how blatant and ridiculous, believed by the masses if you can get it onto the mainstream media.

I was told this many years ago & it seems to work. Ignore the opinion polls, they're all fixed & do not represent the publics opinion in any way shape or form.

Look at the gambling odds. Bookies rarely like to lose £money.
