Please see image - as lovely as the water spray effect is I’d like to fix it lol. I’ve tried to tighten the aerator but it’s made no difference (it’s my fault I took this off to connect a garden hose!)

Any tips for repairing, please?

The rubber seal's probably gone missing, when you took the spout off the rubber seal may have dropped out and you didn't notice. You should be able to take the end off and there a rubber seal on top of the aerator. Either that or the aerator isn't sat in right and it's not sealing up properly.

Thanks so much @Madrab i think you’re right on this as I’ve had in off a few times and only noticed a filter type thing there no rubber seal. Now for the daft question, can I just replace with any type of rubber washer? Really helpful thank you

Sometime there's a rubber edge on the aerator that acts as the seal but then the aerator needs to be sitting really square in the spout ring, worth a look

Thank you! The rubber seal worked a charm - honestly I would have called someone out for that so you folks have saved me a fortune thank you
