Never heard of it?

Neither have I!

But for as long as I can remember, I have suffered sharp stabbing pains in my heart that are worse when you breathe deeper.

I still get them, but not quite as frequently as I did.

I used to be sh:t scared that I was going to have a heart attack and was frightened to tell anyone.

As I got older, I realised that I wasn't going to die, but it was still scary all the same.

Au contraire, I feel so much better knowing there's a name for it and what it is!

Whenever I get a symptom I google it and it usually appears to be terminal.

Sounds like costochondritis or a subluxated rib (slightly out of position). A real drag if it's bad because it hurts to breathe.

I have had that for most of my life and always on the same side as my heart.

Good ol' Doctor Google. Best consulted in the middle of the night when you can’t sleep!

Oddly, I've mentioned it to the doc's many times and they have routinely told me not to worry, whilst not saying what it is. I've never visited the doc's solely because of it, but mentioned it whilst on a visit about other stuff.

I have never googled it.
