Andrew Neil is a political commentator he does what it says on the tin.
The guidance is tighter on political commentators.
It's already been posted in this thread, demonstrating so.
Your article your praising says Rwanda has received a few bob to take 200 and to date has took none.
Speaks for itself.
Has he stuck to the guidelines then, perhaps he's not a thick footballer who knows what happens if you don't.
