Are low level pans universal?

I’m just unsure what low level pan I need to buy with it. Are they universal in the sense of the pipe running from the cistern with the water to the pan.

Yes, diameters are standardised and "mix and match" should be unproblematic.

Why Low Level ? why not Close Coupled - complete from Wickes known as a Bog in a Box and cheaper .
