Why can't I access the internet archive?

Chrome etc say that the site is insecure and there isn't any option of proceeding to it.

I can only get to it if I use the free VPN in Opera. Clicking on the padlock shows that they do have a. valid SSL

The pub I am in has a Musk Starlink. It must be blocking access.
