Electric shower low pressure cold water

Dish washer had an electrical problem (smell of burning) and needs replacing. Then discovered electric shower upstairs coincidentally is now also not working?
Low water pressure out and cold water?
Electric shower is less than one year old.

Should still be under warranty but good to some basic fault finding first. The manual normally has some basic instructions, as above try it with hose only first.

As above, turn the temperature control to fully cold, flow rate should be 8LPM, if not isolate supply and check/clean filter then re measure flowrate, a minimum of 6.5LPM will suffice for a 9kw shower.
