One of the best things about the Lleyn penninsula is it has both an eastern & western facing coastline, & you are never more than a short drive from either.

For those of you who find thinking hard, if you want to watch the sunrise then stand on an east facing beach, if you want to watch the sunset then stand on a west facing one.

We are early risers, it is not unusual for Dork & his lady to be up & watching the sunrise . . . & we've seen some pearlers this summer, but we're now at that time of year where the sunsets before her bedtime.

Just the other day, house dog was bounding around the beach like a child on a sugar bomb, she's squeezing my hand & she won't let me go.

Chunnel cost nearly two times the projected budget.

Yet noone mentions that now.

It would be an absolute catastrophe to cancel HS2 now.
