Rough costs to replace vented cylinder?

I’ve got a yellow Hercal cylinder that I am looking to upgrade it when we come to replace our aging boiler. Reasons being our immersion doesn’t work and I’d really like something with a quicker recovery and a bit more capacity.

Roughly how much should we be budgeting for this work (ignoring the boiler work as that’s budgeted already).

Also is it likely to be more efficient with heat loss? We do find 12 hours after heating it’s lost a decent amount of temp.

As a temporary fix for the heat loss, do what I did - add an old bed quilt over the top of it. It made a bigger difference than even I anticipated.
