Put in New CH pump but no heat coming through!

Pump installed no leaks. Turn on the valves and set things going. Boiler working but no hot water coming through. Is it possible the isolation valves either side are stuck even though I've turned them back on? Thanks.

Possible,is heating working ? , have you an air vent on hot water cylinder

Thanks turned out that one of the valves was so tight and difficult to get to. Eventually released it. Old pump seemed to have a lot of black stuff in the walls.
