What is the unit called that the ground source heating pipes go to to transfer the heat from the refrigerant to the heating pipes to go around the system? Thanks

I would have said 'evaporator'. However, based on the previous comments, I'm not sure whether you are looking for the individual component, or what that component makes up a part of. Anyway, the diagram below has the name of the various parts.
