It is absolute clear what Denso meant.
You said, "Yes, you do". You were referring to the necessity of being a racist to want to reduce immigration.
Denso said, "No you don't, nothing wrong with questioning things, it's when they are considered lesser people or haven't washed in a while when it crosses a line."
Denso was explaining, in plain English, that you do not have to be a racist to want a reduction in immigration.
But when you consider yourself to be superior, or assume that other races have not washed, is what determines you as a racist.
