Flow Temp Rising Too Quickly - Fix?

Should the radiator in the room with the thermostat be fully open? I don't have a TRV on it, just a knob with no numbers, but I don't have it fully open. It isn't near closed or anything, the rad gets hot.

Cleaned the fitter out. Straight forward enough. Lots of ****e came out. Replaced water. Now radiators very noisy!

Check boiler pressure, you may have top it up to ~ 1.3bar, you will have lost a litre or so of water from the filter.

Thoughts on this? Could the valve on that radiator not being fully open be the thing that's causing the obstacle?

My radiators are all TRVs set to about 3. Bathroom rail has no TRV - that is open so it gets but not fully. Rad where central thermostat is fully open.

Any relevance?
