Hi all,
just need a bit of advice, bare with me as I am new on here
Worcester greenstar 4000 - 30kw model (boiler is only 3 years old)
displaying error code 2965 - flow temperature too high
No hot water and no heating.
Tried resetting by pressing the up and down arrows on boiler display for a few seconds, but it wont allow me to
On inspection, the heat exchanger/ flow pipe inside the combustion chamber was really hot. I checked the resistance readings on the flow pipe temp sensor and it seems to be ok. Pump was exchanged early this year. Pressure is ok and currently set to 1.4bar.
Is there anything else I could be missing? a new pump again? or should wait for the boiler to completely cool down before trying again?
Thanks in advance
