This is the problem with putting these sorts in prison. They don't believe that they should get the same sentence as any of us. Appealing his sentence hoping to be let off as he has had a day in prison now and it is enough. I hope he doesn't get a reduced sentence. The man is a thug.

correct Parliament act 1911 allowed 2 years, the act of 49 reduced to 1 year.
