Not aliens. But a much older civilisation. Take a look at Polygonal masonry in machu picchu a unique style - but one that is repeated worldwide. The Spaniards asked how did you do all this and the reply was " it was like this when we got here" the lower stones are but more advanced than the newer stuff built on top.

Its a fascinating subject. Nobody can say for sure how they were built.....

Still the same questions though. How did an earlier civilisation get the blocks up there? The answer could just be, "we don't know". That doesn't mean it wasn't the Egyptians at the time, but it is the most obvious answer.
