Admitting mistakes
Apologising if you have hurt someone
Standing up for people being bullied
Being generous with time and possessions

I think a major problem is that internet forums make some of my list particularly difficult. It is often really hard to tell whether somebody is telling the truth, when you can't look into their eyes. That breeds mistrust. People often get the wrong end of the stick, things spiral and before you know it, feuds and vendettas start.

Its a misconception that people who think that they are speaking the truth or seeking the truth. What they really mean is that they are looking for ways to try to justify their beliefs. They believe that the world has to agree with them and do not like or understand anyone to have their own opinion or one that does not agree with their own. They will be in turmoil all of their lives because of course the whole world could never just agree with them.
