I have a problem with the modern interpretation of the Trinity where it's combined into the person of Jesus, since Himself never claimed to be God but the "Son of Man" - calling him 'Christ' is simply recognising the Greek term of 'Messiah' given to him by Peter. The problems arise from the gnomic way he responded to questions, saying "I existed before Abraham" and suchlike. He simply couldn't write it all out in simple words to avoid confusion. That would be too easy. To attain such Gnosis, one must struggle within to perceive the totality of it all.

I havent claimed to be an egyptologist? I said I was a keen amateur and had been all my life. Get your facts right before blundering in and making an idiot out of yourself.

I don't think anyone should be pressured to give out that level of information.

It is far from unusual to have a degree and have served in the forces. I know of people who have done it both ways around. There is financial assistance. I even know of somebody who studied at university whilst in the army.

No an amateur is someone who does it for a hobby, an Egyptologist is a paid position

You'd have thought that the Palestinians would be protesting about their 'government' for bringing such hardship on them.
I wonder why they don't.

Absoutely stupid question, Which came first? Take the time to actually read my post before sticking your boot in. I said from being a young child so what would you think came first? Do you think I joined the Army or went to Uni as a young child? For god sake.

It is a very common occurance now, and you also get sponsored from the army to go to Uni as an under graduate for officer training before serving. Also during service and after as either part of a rehabilitation or as part of an enhanced learning program.

They are rare but protests against Hamas do happen...

...Fact check your source before you get trigger-happy, though.

Hamas thrive because Gazans do not trust the PA to consider their interests before 'collaborating' with the Israeli government. Get rid of them and install a pliant government body to Israel's interests and that's not likely to change.
The two-state solution is a dead-end in the proposed road-map of the 90s. A free Palestine is now the best option.
