Hi guys,
New to the forum as needed help that no one has been able to answer. I have a Milwaukee M18fpd2 and I have noticed that its damaging the shafts of all my drill bits, even the cobalt ones. It pushes the metal to one side causing a little divot from where the metal has moved and the ridge to where the metal has moved to.
Previously the jaws in older drills have been flat or had 2 outer edges to hold the drill bit true but the Milwaukee seems to have one row of one ridge on each jaw which damaged my drill bit. I have taken pictures on the damage on a new bit and the jaws.
I have already sent it back once as the chuck wobbled so had that fixed already.
Any help would be much appreciated.
