Ssssssshhhhhh, don't mention Reform.

Got their in the end. It wasn't so difficult was it.

Where did you do your HND?

And how many years did you do for your degree?
I took 1 year to complete from HND to degree. HND is two years full time or 5 years part time, degree is 3 years full time

But let me throw something else in the mix just to sort of add to the drama. I also held a HNC in electronics and communications. OMG this is getting worse as I am starting to look even more a liar. My online cred will really be shot now.

You said Reform have a plan

That is their plan.

Oops Motorbiking caught out again. Oh dearie me.
I also said it needed tweaking. Though if you look at the case law, it was the ECHR that snagged Greece when they were accused of covertly doing Take Backs. Aren’t Reform suggesting they’d take us out of that?

Have you ever actually been out on a boat? :ROFLMAO:

you clearly don’t have a clue defines a boat in distress

Here you are stating in one post there is no definition of distress and then in stating a definition of a distress call.

Make yer mind up there’s a good chap

When you issue a distress call it’s because you need immediate assistance. If you don’t use the word immediate on a test you will lose marks.

I.e you should not say urgent or whenever you are ready or later today.

So a vessel issuing a mayday always requires immediate assistance otherwise it’s a PanPan.

OMG I was only reading up on that the other day doing a nautical comms lesson.

“There is no definition of distress in Solas” says Motorbiking

He has gone again as soon as I mention showing this illusive degree. OMG Nosenowt will be calling you now.

there is a definition of what a distress call is. And it’s the requirement for immediate assistance.

You can pretend an answer to a different question means I said something else if you want to be dishonest. The hilarious thing is you think your screen grab has me contradicting myself.

SOLAS does not need to create a guideline for what in distress is. It is in distress if it requires immediate assistance and/or issues a mayday.

There is no concept of a vessel in distress which does not require immediate assistance.
