Not all of it was. The courts forced Grumpy to change what he was doing. There's loads more going through to block more of it. But the courts don't move as fast as the serial arsonist in chief.

The system wasn't really designed to deal with a President who breaks so many laws so often.

Even challenging Trump is difficult, because he sanctions law firms who bring the cases, so many are scared to get involved.

To some on here it kind of depends who the president is.
Biden, Obama = the right to appeal.
Trump = No right to a appeal. He abolished congress and is now a dictator.
