that griffin bloke on a channel four documentary way back made claims about grooming gangs in Bradford / Rochdale his claims were laughed at on the programme

Parents/legal guardians (for those not in care)
Police

Apparently one of the girls was aged 10 and was referred to as being a little prostitute ... and that wasn't by the perpetrators!

it removes a Reform and Tory attack line and it allows Labour to kick the can down the road.

there seemed to have been loads of enquiries for stuff over the years…great big long reports, nice long lists of important findings….and nothing ever seems to change.
