Are there any other switches for these lights?

Do you have anything to test with, such as a cheap multimeter like this?

Neutral parking terminal perhaps?
Can you get them out of the bin?

My friend, you need an electrician.
I hate to say it but I think that's right

Good call, didn't think about those.

I'm out for the evening, good luck.

Thank for your help.
I explain, You may understand we are not native to your country. Papa is old and disable, his quite good with power but this one lots of wires. Mama and me working. My English is best.

Mama took the switchs off and one broken so she put on bin and gone. We don't have working camara but she draw a map of the wires which I make on computer. I think this ok

Using meter we find this and make new switch

We make this, one light is on and fuse box switch bang when we put it off

Mama and me go to work now, we be home this evening.

I think so too.

But I will say that if that 3 core is connected like that and the light works in one position and the breaker pops in the other, then the blue must be a neutral?

Red: Live feed
Yellow: Switch
Blue: Neutral

Or at least, if that is not the colour convention, one of the yellow or blue must be neutral.
Or there is a dead short somewhere!

Thank you for a lovely sketch and to Mama for making the original.
It looks to me that the upper left of each swicth unit is the 'loop' terminal and there are 2 loop outs cables 6 & 7 to other lights in the house.
From that it appears there are 2 conventional 2 way systems but the right switch plate is incorrect - see purple amendment

As it is now I believe I can identify all neutral wires: All blues and blacks from 3,4,5,6,7 can be terminated in a connector, such as a Wago or a piece of this

Reds from 2,5,7into another connector, after that only a question of identifying which is cable 6 as a loop out and 3,4 as switched lives, presumably to 2 lights

Thanks!

I'd got as far as bunching the feeds in and out, then I had to go away and commence dinner prep.
