This is it in a nutshell. 'Experts' or armchair experts can use all the flowery and complex language they want. What it comes down to is many of these countries essentially don't want or know how to live at peace, certainly not in the true sense of the word. Or at the very least, the regimes don't. A guy on the tv earlier today was saying approx. 80% of the general population in Iran don't want to live under the current regime. If that's true, perhaps a mass uprising by them is required. However, even if they did this and succeeded, what would the void be filled with? Not someone in the Keir Starmer mould that's for sure ...

And pleeeeeeease, don't lecture me on why these countries are the way they are. If the leaders of these countries wanted true peace and prosperity for their citizens, they could do it.
