It will probably go down in history as one of the most significant anti terror campaigns in history, it finished Hezbollah.
In recent weeks Mossad 'texted' senior IRGC leaders in Iran suggesting their phones might not be safe, that was enough to shut down communications for a while.

The pagers were distributed by Hezbollah to its operatives as mobiles were considered not to be secure. Tragically some non Hezbollah were also casualties but it was targeted

I don’t think pagers are given to random people. Only specific people you want to contact, for some reason…..

So when they were detonated in close proximity to innocent civilians, the IDF knew that others could be harmed?
